David Mace - Chairman & Chief Financial Officer
David has been Senior Partner of Wilkinson, Christmas & Steen, the predecessor firm to Ernst & Young and in 1983 was transferred to Arthur Young and appointed liquidator of the Carrian Group (which at that time was the largest corporate collapse in the world). David remained in Hong Kong with Ernst & Young until he was transferred to a post with the United Nations. In 1997 David was appointed a Commissioner of the United Nations Compensation Committee, reporting to the Security Council of the United Nations based in Switzerland. He currently consults in both New Zealand and Hong Kong advising large corporations on their Asian strategy, and promoting business between the countries in both directions.
Jane Pollitt - Chief Operating Officer & Director
Jane’s 26 year career has spanned the private and government sectors and specialised in aligning organisational activity with long-term strategy and vision. Beginning in the government sectors of Energy and Justice, Jane moved to BP to take up a senior internal communications role. That led to work with public relations and human resource consultancies and for the next thirteen years she worked closely with Chief Executives and their boards to manage internal and external issues through effective communications and people strategies. In her latest role Jane led a team responsible for organisational development and internal communications for a national Housing entity. Jane has a Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University of Wellington majoring in English and Geography.
Jeff Mitchell, CTO & Director
Jeff’s worked in the mobile and web industry since 1997. He helps lead voeveo’s business strategy as a board member and leads voeveo’s strategic technical direction as the CTO. With over 10 years of experience in web application development and management, he started his career while e-commerce was a new and emerging field. As internet technologies evolved, Jeff developed highly scalable websites and social networking platforms using the best fit web technology for the project. Experienced in a broad range of multi-media technologies, his work has extended into television and mobile environments. Jeff also ran his own specialist web development company for several years working with award-winning advertising and web design agencies. Maurice Stilwell - Director
Maurice has previously held the position of Sector Manager - Beachheads, for New Zealand Trade and Enterprise managing all aspects of the international programme. Maurice has also held the position of CEO for National Communication Services Limited (”NCS”), where he managed the inception and development of a NZD$20 million telecommunications infrastructure and services business. Maurice also managed the subsequent trade sale of NCS to Datacraft (NZ) Ltd, which is a member of the wider Singapore based global services organisation Dimension Data, and he directed NCS centric operations in Australasia, greater Asia and the United Kingdom.
Bruce Lindsay - Director
Bruce Lindsay, AREINZ, has a diverse business management background in the retail and manufacturing sectors, followed in recent years by specialisation in commercial and residential property. He is the franchise owner and business manager of Harcourts Phoenix Real Estate Group, based in Christchurch, which operates two real estate offices in the Riccarton region, as well as a property management division. His real estate group currently employs 50 people and is due to expand further in 2007. Bruce’s other business interests include managing his commercial and residential property investment portfolio and property development. He enjoys tennis, boating, scuba diving, motorsport and travel.
